Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act 2021).

2. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by Hosting provider, e.g. ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany . When the website is accessed, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser, operating system, referrer) are stored in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after 7 days. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
3. Appointment request form, email, telephone & WhatsApp
If you contact us via the appointment form, by email, by telephone or via WhatsApp, we process the details you provide (name, telephone number, optionally email, preferred date, information about your smoking habits, message) in order to handle your enquiry and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Health data: Voluntary information about your health (e.g. pre-existing conditions) is processed exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and only in order to prepare for your appointment. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
Enquiries that do not result in an appointment are deleted after 6 months at the latest. Client data are retained within the framework of the statutory retention obligations (as a rule 7 years for accounting records).
WhatsApp: If you contact us via WhatsApp, data are transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. or Meta Platforms, possibly also to the USA. If you do not wish this, please use the telephone, email or the form instead.
4. Cookies & tracking
This website sets no cookies and no analytics services without your consent. On your first visit we ask you whether we may evaluate usage statistically. Your decision is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage, key “brs-consent”) and is not transmitted to us. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Fonts are loaded locally from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts.
Google Analytics 4 (only with consent): With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The data processed are in particular a shortened IP address, device and browser data, the date and time of access, the pages accessed and the source of the visit. The data serve statistical purposes only and are not combined with any other data. No advertising or personalisation functions are activated. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by opening “Cookie settings” in the footer and choosing “Essential only”. Transmission to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy. 5. Google Maps (only after a click)
The Google Maps map is only loaded once you actively click on “Show Google Maps”. Only then are data (including your IP address) transmitted to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, possibly also to the USA. The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google's privacy information: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Social medialinks
The icons for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are plain links. No data are transmitted to these platforms when our page loads. Only when you click a link do the privacy terms of the respective platform apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent given and objection. To exercise them, please contact office@biorauchstopp.at. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar.
