Is the preliminary talk free of charge?
Yes. The preliminary talk by telephone is free of charge and without obligation. You can then decide at your leisure whether to arrange an appointment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Please pay on site directly after the session. Payment methods (cash / debit card / credit card) to be added
Does health insurance cover smoking cessation with bioresonance?
No, the statutory health insurance funds do not cover the costs. Some private supplementary insurers partly reimburse complementary methods – a quick enquiry with your insurer is worthwhile. You will of course receive an invoice for your records.
What happens if I relapse?
A slip is not a failure. Get in touch with us – the “Plus” package includes one top-up within 3 months; after that a top-up costs €65.
Can I postpone an appointment?
Yes. Please let us know at least one day in advance if you cannot keep your appointment – by telephone or via WhatsApp.
Can I give smoking cessation as a gift?
Gladly – stopping smoking is one of the most valuable gifts there is. Gift vouchers: confirm yes/no Just ask us.
